- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Undergarments and swimwear due to hygiene concerns.
Process for Initiating a Return
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at ethnicwearbd@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for returning the product.
- Receive Approval: Wait for our response with approval and detailed instructions on how to return your product.
- Ship the Product: Return the product to the provided address in Dhaka, Bangladesh. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ethnicwearbd@gmail.com and send your item to our physical address in Dhaka, Bangladesh, following the same process mentioned above.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are receiving a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
